Due to hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• You received the wrong item due to our error.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item received

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been confirmed and prepared for shipping.
